If the spooler service gets stopped, then you might face an epson printer offline error. Rectify it as follows.
- Type ‘Services.msc’ in the ‘Run’ box and tap ‘OK.’
- Locate the ‘Print Spooler’ option in the service window and check that its status is showing as ‘Running.’
- If the status shows ‘Stopped’, right-click on the ‘Print Spooler’ and tap ‘Start.’
